A: Each member can reserve a specified number of discounted condo weeks. The member can also book an unlimited number of hot weeks and getaways. Membership also give you access to value added discounts for all areas of your leisure lifestyle, such as golf, dinner, theater tickets and skiing. Other travel options are also available through the club. Membership is based on a personalized service to ensure quality vacations.

Q: How do I get more information?
A: Just request more information on this website, and one of our vacation counselors will ensure you have all of the information you need to become a member of the travel club.

Q: Are all of the accomodations condos?
A: The majority of the accommodations are condos; however, sometimes special requests can only be fulfilled through the use of hotel rooms. Part of the personalized service is to ensure the member is fully aware of the accommodations.

Q: Can I get all-inclusive packages through i Travel Companion?
A: Packaging is not always available for all resorts. Some resorts only offer all-inclusive stays. Each vacation is different and our vacation counselors will ensure that every member's vacation is tailored to their needs.

Q: What about other travel services?
A: Other travel services are available on the website and through vacation coordinators. Some benefits are only offered through website discounts. Ask your vacation counselor for details.

Q: Am I the only one that can use i Travel Companion benefits?
A: Depending on the membership, family and friends can use the member's benefits. A nominal fee may apply.

Q: What are hot weeks and getaways?
A: Hot weeks are short notice resort stays that are available at greatly reduced prices. Members have access to hot weeks through the travel club’s extensive network of resorts. Getaways are short stays, less than one week, that are also available for reduced prices for the members.

Q: Will I get personal service with i Travel Companion?
A: Each member has access to vacation counselors for personalized service. We ensure that every request is treated with five start service.

Q: If I become a member, how soon can I go on vacation?
A: Once your membership is final, you can contact a vacation counselor. Some of the hot weeks are available within days of posting on the website. A vacation counselor will ensure you have quality vacation that meets your needs.
